Shootic ("we", "us") provides professional in-home photography services in Dwarka, Delhi NCR. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you use this website or book a session, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Contact details you provide when booking or enquiring: name, email address and phone number.
• Booking details: the service and package you choose, preferred date and time, add-ons, and any notes you share.
• Location details needed to deliver the session: your address, city, state and PIN code.
• Usage data: standard analytics information about how you use the site (see "Cookies and analytics").

How forms and communications work

When you submit the Contact form, we use your name, email address, optional phone number, service interest, subject and message to respond to your enquiry. When you begin a booking, we use the booking, contact and location details you provide to prepare the session and process payment. We do not add Contact or booking enquiries to marketing messages automatically.

If you join the newsletter or request a planning checklist, we use your email address to send the requested resource and Shootic photography updates. You can ask us to stop those updates or change your preferences by emailing info@shootic.com.

How we use your information

• To schedule, confirm and deliver your photography session.
• To contact you about your booking, including confirmations and preparation details.
• To process your payment and provide receipts.
• To respond to enquiries and provide customer support.
• To operate, secure and improve our website and services.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Razorpay. We do not collect or store your full card or bank details on our servers. Razorpay processes your payment information under its own privacy policy.

Email

We use an email service provider to send booking confirmations and notifications related to your session. We only use your email address for service-related communication unless you have asked to receive updates.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and analytics tools such as Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager and Mouseflow to understand how visitors use the site and improve its pages, forms and navigation. Mouseflow may collect pseudonymous interaction data such as session activity, heatmap events and page visits after the page has loaded. The Mouseflow script is loaded silently and does not display a consent popup. You can control cookies and related storage through your browser settings. We also record a limited first-party, anonymous page-view summary for the private Shootic admin dashboard, such as the page path, approximate session, device category and referral host. We do not use this summary to collect names, email addresses, phone numbers or IP addresses, and it does not identify individual visitors. Disabling some cookies may affect how the site works. Photography and portfolio use

We do not publish photographs from your session in our portfolio, social channels or marketing materials without asking for permission first. Sessions involving children are attended and approved by a parent or legal guardian.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide our service — for example, with the photographer assigned to your session, and with service providers who help us operate (such as our payment and email providers) — and where required by law.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, accounting or reporting requirements. You can ask us to delete information we are not required to retain.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at info@shootic.com. We will respond in line with applicable law.

Photographs of children

Sessions involving newborns and children are booked and attended by a parent or legal guardian, whose consent covers the photography of their child.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "last updated" date above.
