These Terms of Service govern your use of the Shootic website and your booking of our in-home photography services. By booking a session, you agree to these terms.

Our services

Shootic provides professional photography at your home. Our photographer brings the equipment, lighting and backdrops needed for your chosen session and delivers professionally edited photos.

Booking and payment

Package prices are shown on the website in Indian Rupees and may be updated from time to time.
To confirm a session you pay online through our payment provider, Razorpay.
Your booking is confirmed once payment is completed and you receive a confirmation email.
Any add-ons you select are charged in addition to the package price.

Rescheduling and cancellations

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as early as possible at info@shootic.com. Specific rescheduling, cancellation and refund terms will be confirmed with you at the time of booking.

Service area and access

We serve Dwarka, Delhi NCR. Free travel within our Dwarka service area. You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the location for the session and about 15 minutes for setup.

Deliverables

The number of edited photos and session length depend on the package you choose, as described on the website. Edited photos are delivered in 5–7 business days via a private online gallery.

Use of images

Your photos are for your personal use. If we would like to feature any images from your session in our portfolio or marketing, we will ask for your permission first.

Limitation of liability

We take care to deliver a high-quality service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with a session is limited to the amount you paid for that session.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
